Remember Messenger?
Getting home from school, signing in, and hearing that sound as everyone came online. MSN Messenger was where we talked, and when Microsoft switched it off in 2013, the revival networks brought it back. The trouble is that your friends ended up on different ones.
MiXiN Messenger signs in to all of them for you. It talks to them just as Messenger does, so the people you talk to see you just as they would in Messenger itself: your picture, your name, your personal message, and that you're online.
It's light, too: no plug-ins, no frameworks, no adverts. It runs happily on an old laptop.
